My journey into Reiki began after a series of very curious and seemingly inexplicable flow of events - from a logical perspective.  These events gave me a deep desire and curiosity to understand what was happening and learn more about the healing power of universal life force energy. After completing my certification with Essential Reiki, I have continued to expand my knowledge through various workshops, professional qualifications, certificates, trainings and life experience, to include New Earth, Ascended Master and Traditional Usui Reiki.​

I believe in a holistic approach to healing, that complements traditional, orthodox healing, focusing on the mind, body, emotions and soul.

 

My ParaTheta Distance Reiki Energy sessions & In-Person sessions are naturally tailored to your individual needs, ensuring a personalised and transformative experience.
