With over 14 years of unique experience, I've had the privilege of guiding countless people on their healing and transformative journeys.

My journey into Reiki began with a deep desire and curiosity to understand the healing power of energy. After completing my certification with Essential Reiki, I have continued to expand my knowledge through various workshops, qualifications, trainings and life experience, to include New Earth and Traditional Usui Reiki.​

I believe in a holistic approach to healing, that complements traditional, orthodox healing, focusing on the mind, body, emotions and soul.

 

My ParaTheta Distance Reiki Energy sessions are naturally tailored to your individual needs, ensuring a personalised and transformative experience. Whether you're seeking relief from stress, physical harmony, emotional healing or soul growth, ParaTheta is here to support you.
